• When your order arrives, please record a clear 360° unboxing video in one continuous take, from the sealed parcel to the bracelet, without any cuts or pauses.

• If you find damage, email us within 2 days of delivery with your order ID, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the issue.

• Our team will review the video and photos. If the damage is approved, we will share the return address and process a refund or replacement after receiving and checking the product.

• Products without an unboxing video, used/worn items, or items damaged due to misuse, water/chemical exposure beyond our care instructions, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is clearly from our side.
